SPECIAL NOTICES:

PROM TICKET DESIGN CONTEST:
The Belmont Prom Committee is holding a prom ticket design contest open to all grade 12 students. The winning entry will receive two free tickets to prom on June 12.

Contest deadline: Wed., March 31
Entries can be done in colour or black and white.
The size of the entry should be approximately 4.5 inches by 5.5" inches on paper or cardstock.
Entries are to be submitted to the Belmont Office.
The student's name should be on the back of the entry.

The student prom committee has chosen a slogan for this year's event - "Forever Young". This can be incorporated into the entry if the student wishes.

The following information should be included in the artwork:
Date: Saturday, June 12, 2010
Time: 6:00 p.m. - midnight
Place: Juan de Fuca Curling Rink
Cost: $80/person

OPTIONAL PROVINCIAL EXAMS
UVic no longer requires optional provincial exams as an admission requirement. See the UVic e-bulletin for more details. For more information on graduation requirements, scholarships and careers please visit our Counselling Department's website.

EXAM RESULTS / PSI FORMS
Students can check their exam results and provide their transcript information to a number of post-secondary institutions by electronically submitting a Post-Secondary Institutions Choices Form via the EdAccess/Student Secure Web.
