We still have many Grads who have not turned in their Pink comment forms which will be read as you walk across the stage. They need to be processed now. Bring yours in to the office or email them in TODAY.

Remember baby pictures are due as well for the slideshow at Grad ceremonies.
Grade 12’s – Do you want to graduate? Did you complete your Grad Transitions? Come to the Career Centre to see if you have finished everything required for Grad Transitions. Deadline to hand in your grad transition is May 24th.
A huge congratulation’s to all of the musical theatre students, production crew and musicians in Fiddler on the Roof on a fantastic run! There will be a very brief final class next Tuesday for all musical theatre and production students after school at 3:45
Annual Sport Banquet is on Wednesday June 5th, get your tickets and T shirt size through your coach today. Any students interested in helping out with the Sports Banquet please meet with Mr. Lowe in the South Gym Wed at lunch.

Have you cleaned out your closets or plan to real soon, Big Brothers and Big Sisters will donate $1000.00 to our 2013 Prom in exchange for 400 standard size garbage bags of clothing We are now up to around 200 but need many more. This can be clothing, coats, bedding, shoes and purses. We are hoping that you could support us by donating any unused clothing. Please drop off any bags of clothing that you can spare and help support our PROM and Dry Grad!!!

CFB Esquimalt has food service job opportunities for the summer in their various galleys thoughout Base Foods. The job entails preparing, presenting and delivering food including lunches, sandwiches and dinners, cleaning and operating food service facilities and equipment and operating a cash register.

Interested in Forensic Anthropology? U-Vic is offering a 1 day CSI event that will be held on Saturday, June 1st at U-Vic from 8:45 – 3:45 pm. The day will run as if the students are investigating a real crime with hands on activities. For more information please see the Career Centre to sign up.
Volunteer Opportunity at The UVIC SCIENCE VENTURE CAMP.
If you are passionate about science and like to have fun working with kids, built your resume, meet new friends, develop leadership skills and get volunteer hours for graduation, UVic Science Venture is recruiting for volunteer Junior Counsellor Positions. You will assist instructors in delivering exciting, quality summer programs. This position is for high school students in grades 10 to 12 or ages 16 to 18.
Date: July and August 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 pm. Mon-Fri. Must commit to at least one full week.
Training will be one day in the last week in June.
The Sooke Secret Garden Tour is looking for volunteers to greet visitors at the different gardens on Sunday June 2nd from 10 am to 4 pm. Volunteers can work half a day or the full day. Come to the Career Centre for more information.
